Partners in Congress Organisation (PCO) is an experienced full-service congress organisation located in the heart of Maastricht. Our team has a great deal of experience in the organisation and coordination of all kinds of congresses. From large, scientific congresses to intimate corporate events and your association’s membership administration.

Large, small, one-day, multi-day, national or international. Based in Maastricht, we organise events across all of Europe. We can take on all of the work; from participant registration to completion. Organisation is in our blood. You can of course let us deal with elements of your organisation; whatever suits you. PCO takes on as much as you want us to.

Besides we are specialised in online congress organisation from A to Z. We gained expierence with several professional platforms to organise a full online congress: broadcasting pre-recorded or live presentations, poster presentations and virtual exhibitions. 

We also organised several hybride congresses with live-streaming and green screen studio's where interactive hands-on workshops were broadcasted all over the world!
