What is a PCO?
A PCO is a Professional Congress Organiser. A PCO is a congress organisation agency that provides organisational services for congresses. PCO is also the abbreviation of our organisation agency, Partners in Congress Organisation.

Why would I use a congress organisation agency?
Organising a congress or event takes a great deal of time and expertise. It may be that you do not know enough about all of these issues. PCO’s years of experience can help you to avoid any pitfalls; we take the pressure off you and make sure that you can focus on the content of your congress and on your guests.

Which countries does PCO work in?
From our base in Maastricht, we organise congresses across all of the Netherlands and Europe. When we organise annual congresses, we travel with the association. Contact us for more information.

What types of projects can I use PCO for?
PCO organises and coordinates congresses and events. Large and small, national and international. We have a number of qualities on offer alongside those of an advisory and organisational nature. Participant registration, hotel reservations, abstract handling or exhibition handling are all in good hands with us. For more information go to the services tab on this site.

Do I need to use the entire service package from A to Z?
No. PCO can take on the full organisation and coordination of your event or congress, from A to Z. However, you are free to contract out just some of these elements to us. Contact us for more information.

Does PCO retain any commission?
PCO does not retain any commissions from suppliers. Our policy is to work in a most transparent way. The client will receive the commission if any proposals from suppliers should be commissionable.
